Photoshop Liquid Metal Tutorial

Step {I} Create a new image and fill it with black. Select the lense flare filter , and create two lense flares with with above settings.

Step {II} Go in the plastic wrap filter and use the above settings.

Step {III} Go into the ZigZag Filter and use the above settings.

Step {IV} Duplicate Your Layer. Double click your new layer and use the above blending settings.
